VISA FEE

All Consular Fees and Processing Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if a visa is denied or if a visa is issued for a shorter period of time or otherwise issued or returned at a time or on terms and conditions that vary from those sought by the applicant.

GrandLotus India Visa Centre Sdn. Bhd. is a service providing company. GrandLotus India Visa Centre Sdn. Bhd. does not issue visas or in any way determine or control the issuance of, or terms and conditions of, visas, all of which is determined and controlled solely by the Consulates of the Indian High Commission, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. GrandLotus India Visa Centre Sdn. Bhd. is not and cannot be responsible for any determinations, acts or omissions by the Consulates.

• Fees :

Consular fees are fixed on the basis of reciprocal arrangement/or special agreements between governments, the fees could differ for citizens of different countries. Consular fee once received is not refunded even if the visa application is withdrawn or visa not granted

A Processing Service Fee of Ringgit Malaysia 8.00 will be collected by GrandLotus India Visa Centre Sdn. Bhd. per application, per passport. All fees are payable in cash only

The applications for visa should be accompanied by two (2) passport size photographs of the applicant and the same can be submitted in person, through travel agents or any authorized person. We do not insist on personal visits to the High Commission. For those holding Malaysian passports it may take 2-3 working days to issue visas and for those holding passports of other countries it may take a minimum of 6 working days to issue visas. However, in certain categories of cases, the issue of visa is subject to receipt of specific clearances from the concerned authorities and therefore in such cases no time limit can be specified. The fees for various types of visas as on 1.07.08 which are subject to change in future are enumerated as under:

A SERVICE FEE OF RM8.00 PER PASSPORT AND AN ADDITIONAL RM8.00 FOR ICWF ARE CHARGED AND ADDED TO THE TOTAL FEE.

1) Gratis Visa will be issued gratis to the nationals of Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, Democratic Republic of Korea, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, South Africa and Uruguay

2) Visa fees for Sri Lankan nationals are as given below:

3) Japanese nationals: Fee of RM 4 for transit visa and RM 30 for all other types of visa will be charged

4)Russian and Romanian nationals: Service charges of RM 152 and RM 25 will be charged from Russian and Romanian nationals

respectively for all types of Indian visa.

5) USA nationals: In addition, charge of RM 76 is applicable to all types of visas

6) Telex / fax chargers of RM40.00; with RM8.00 High Commission additional fee and RM8.00 service fee (Total: RM56.00) will be charged

from a non-resident (foreign) applicant for obtaining a clearance from the Indian Mission in the native country of the applicant

However in respect of Business visa, there will be different charges for 16 specified countries at the rates indicated in Table-I and in respect of 17 different countries, Employment Visa charges will be as indicated at Table-II, on reciprocal basis )
